1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using crond.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

crond.io provides cron job monitoring, alerting, and analytics. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, CLI agent, and notification integrations. Features vary by plan tier.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Exceed reasonable API usage limits or abuse the ping endpoints

5. Data Retention

Ping data and execution logs are retained according to your plan's retention policy (7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, 365 days for Enterprise). Data is automatically purged after the retention period expires.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the relevant agreement. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

crond.io is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed alerts or monitoring failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
